Happy Holiday Christmas Trees, Frequently Asked Questions
Q. What are your dates of operation?
A. We traditionally open just before Thanksgiving and remain open until Christmas Eve.

Q. What is your price range and do you accept credit cards?
A. We have trees to fit all budgets, starting at $19.95. All major credit cards are accepted as well as cash.

Q. What variety and sizes of trees do you carry?
A. We specialize in Fraser Fir, but also have other species of fir as well as spruce and pine. Our trees range from 2 to 15 feet but we can special order trees up to 25 ft.

Q. I want to buy a real tree this year but I hate the hassle. What do you suggest?
A. We offer delivery service, of course, but we have added our special concierge service this year. We not only deliver the tree but we provide a stand, set it up in your house, and remove the tree at the date you choose.

Q. My civic club wants to have a tree sale as a fund raiser. Can you help us here?
A. We will be happy to assist you in any way we can. We will help educate you in the business and can supply you with all of your lot needs.

Q. We don't want a tree this year but we are thinking of a wreath instead. What do you have?
A. We have fresh made Fraser Fir wreaths, both plain and decorated, in two sizes. Larger sizes are available upon request.

Q. Will your trees last until New Year's?
A. Fraser Fir trees are an incredibly durable species and usually are problem-free. However, if you do have a problem, we will gladly exchange your tree, no questions asked.

Q. Why should I buy our tree from Happy Holiday instead of a chain store?
A. We pride ourselves on our quality trees and first-class customer service. We believe this sets us apart from the big stores. We do carry a less expensive tree for our budget-conscious customers that is comparable in price to chain stores.

Q. What other products can we find at Happy Holiday?
A. In addition to quality trees and wreaths, we carry a variety of durable tree stands, tree preservatives, disposal bags, spray snow, and wreath hangers. Custom garland and centerpieces are available upon request.

Q. I am very concerned about the environment. Why should I buy a real tree instead of an artificial one?
A. Real trees are planted in fields similar to any agricultural product. They help stabilize the soil, provide a natural habitat for wildlife, and add oxygen to our air supply. Real trees are biodegradable and do not clog our landfills. Artificial trees are oil-based, produced outside of the U.S., and, when disposed, remain in landfills for hundreds of years.
